Would someone send me a mailing address to which a card can be send for Kerry’s friends and family.

I don’t think there’s a central place for Kerry’s friends. As for Kerry’s family, out of respect for their privacy, I would like to ask them personally how they would like me to handle cards and the like. I hope you can also understand that it may not be a good idea to post this information publicly.
May I ask how you knew Kerry?
